Account and integration support
Email hello@usepuddle.com with your organization name, the integration involved, and a description of the problem. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, or unnecessary candidate information. You do not need to create an account to contact support.
Privacy and deletion requests
Use the same address for access, correction, deletion, or disconnection requests. Tell us which organization and account the request concerns. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting on customer data.
